SBR (Standard Business Reporting)
A standard digital format for submitting financial data to the government. Since financial year 2025, all BVs file their annual accounts with the KvK via SBR.
With SBR, the figures from your bookkeeping are submitted in a structured way, so the KvK can process them automatically. A PDF or web form is no longer enough for a BV's annual accounts.
Your accounting software or accountant creates and submits the SBR file. If you do your own bookkeeping, check that your software can do this.
