Which data we process
When you fill in our calculator or book an intro call, we process:
- Your name, email address, phone number and job title
- Details of your businesses, such as name, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, legal structure, address and activities
- Your choices in the calculator and the calculated price estimate
- Any comments you enter yourself
Newsletter
If you subscribe to The Boekhoudvriend Brief, we store your email address to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by emailing us.
Why we use your data
We use your data to contact you about your request, to prepare a proposal and to schedule an intro call. The legal basis is your consent and taking pre-contractual steps at your request.
Who we share data with
We only share your data with parties that are necessary for providing this service:
- Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel): to look up your company details in the Business Register (Handelsregister)
- Calendly: when you book an intro call
- Our hosting providers: to store your request securely within the European Union
We never sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep data
We keep data from requests that do not lead to a collaboration for a maximum of two years. If you become a client, the statutory retention periods for your records apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to its processing. Send your request to info@boekhoudvriend.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
