Client Onboarding Specialist Exact Online
Part-time / full-time €3,000 – €5,000 a month Woerden
As Client Onboarding Specialist you are the link between our clients and their successful start at Boekhoudvriend.
You make sure new clients switch smoothly to Exact Online, including integrations with till systems, webshops and payment providers.
What will you do?
- Guiding new clients through setting up Exact Online
- Setting up and optimising software integrations with webshops, till systems, payment platforms and CRM tools
- Giving training and explanations on Exact Online and connected tools
- Identifying opportunities to optimise administrative processes
- Being the first point of contact during the onboarding phase
- Documenting procedures and client agreements
Who are you?
- Extensive experience with Exact Online, including creating and managing integrations
- Familiar with tools such as Lightspeed, Mollie, WooCommerce, Shopify and Nmbrs
- At least 2 years' experience in onboarding, implementation or support
- You explain technical matters in an understandable way
- Client-focused, analytical and solution-oriented
- Experience in the financial or accountancy sector is an advantage
